So tired, but wanted to wish religion-specific happiness out there.
To the Jew Crew: Have a good Passover. As I eat my peanut butter sandwiches, I'll think of you. Ok, but seriously, here's a little treat I picked up, to sweeten the loads of matzah:
Mix two 13 oz packages of coconut with 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Mix together in a big bowl until... mixed. Bake at 350F until browned (about 10 mins.)
Anyway, I always enjoy them.
To my Christian cuties: Happy Easter. Oh, and hopefully that pagan easter bunny brings you lots of jelly beans. :)
Babes on broomsticks: We already had our holiday, so not much to say here. But hopefully it was better for you than it was for me. And maybe your Christian friends will give you a pagan easter egg too.
