Okay, done with the plug. So, the Webby Awards are in deliberations for nominees, and it's making me think. As Buffy-people, we do a lot of campaigning. "Stand-Up For Buffy" and other stuff, right? I think that there should be a campaign to get a Buffy site up in at least a TV section, if not the "weird" section in the 2003 awards. It would be great publicity for not only Buffy/Angel Fandom, but for the show itself. Then I thought... who would be the best representative? Of course, it's Little Willow! I mean, who represents us more than the chick who runs, well, almost all the official sites except www.buffy.com? But why the campaign? Well, first, these are not any awards. These are the awards done by the Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, and everyone travels to the awards, which are telecast. You also have to pay to get in. Hence the campaign: to raise money to submit Little Willow into it since I assume she couldn't do it herself. Oh yeah, and to show support.
Anyone like this idea? Support the girl who's supported all of us! Anyway, e-mail me or comment if you would like to do this (I just come up with these things)...
